  • Really free. The catch is we're hoping you'll like the work enough to consider us for follow-up implementation — but if you don't, you keep the report and we part on good terms. Most of our long-term clients started with an audit.

  • Read /audits/fitpoint for a worked example — that's a full diagnostic published with the client's consent. The audit format is the same.

  • Read-only across the relevant platforms: GA4, GTM (web + server if applicable), Google Ads, Meta Business Manager. Sometimes Tag Assistant or BigQuery if GA4 is exporting there. No backend write access required.

  • Yes. Standard before any read-only access. Personal emails, partner agency identifiers, Merchant Center IDs and other sensitive data are kept confidential.

  • The audit is diagnostic only — we report on what we find. The paid services (GA4 Setup, Server-Side Tracking, Enhanced Conversions, ad platforms) execute the fixes. Many clients take the audit, implement some fixes themselves, then come back for the harder ones.

  • Yes, including for accounts smaller than our usual paid-management threshold. The audit is the same effort regardless of spend — and small accounts often benefit most because every euro of recovered signal counts more.

  • Then we tell you everything is fine, recommend ongoing monitoring practices, and don't pretend to find problems to justify a retainer. We've delivered exactly that report before.
