  • Because if you like the diagnostic you might consider us for the rebuild — and if you don't, you keep the report and we part on good terms. Most of our retainers started with an audit. Some clients implemented the fixes themselves; we treat that as a win.

  • No strict minimum, but the audit is the same effort regardless of spend. Below ~€5K / month media spend, the recoverable amounts are usually small and most clients implement the fixes themselves. Above that, professional management starts paying for itself.

  • Yes. Standard before any read-only access. Personal emails, partner identifiers, Merchant Center IDs and other sensitive data stay confidential. We've never breached one.

  • Read-only Google Ads (MCC or direct), GA4 viewer, GTM read access, Merchant Center read for ecom. Sometimes BigQuery if GA4 exports there. No write access required for the audit itself.

  • We publish them. /audits/fitpoint is a worked example — 90 days, €45,007 spend, 35 findings, published with client consent. Same format and discipline as the free audit you'll get.

  • Then we tell you everything is fine and recommend monitoring practices. We've delivered exactly that report. We don't manufacture problems to justify a retainer — that would corrode our reputation faster than any client gains.
